Sara Arthur

Since becoming the president of TCM after my mother's passing in 2020, I have carried forward with her legacy with compassion and purpose. My leadership is devoted to helping orphans and those children in need in Africa experience the love of family, the stability of a home, and a sense of belonging. Through our ministry, we not only aim to meet practical needs but also guiding children to know the true love of Jesus, their Savior. Our ministries' work reflects a deep commitment to FAITH, love, and transforming lives.

Joseph Arthur

Serving as Vice President with unwavering passion and dedication to the mission of the ministry. He faithfully supports his wife in her leadership, standing beside her with strength and unity. As a true man of God, he leads with integrity, wisdom, and a heart grounded in biblical principles. His guidance reflects a deep commitment to faith, service, and God's calling.

Toni Gipson

With 24 years in ministry leadership, the first 15 years being in children's ministry ,and becoming a fully ordained minister in 2025, Toni has dedicated her life to the calling of serving our heavenly Father and His kingdom. She serves as TCM's Sponsorship Director, Secretary, and Treasurer. Operating from a passionate heart for God's lost children. Her roll is to connect our loving donors with their perfect blessing child, help them not only meet their living and educational needs but also to nurture true relationships that enrich both of their lives and their relationships with Jesus.

Harvey Clark

Harvey Clark is the original patriarch of Terri Clark Ministries, a man whose legacy is rooted in faith, leadership, and a deep commitment to others. As a former elder in his church, he faithfully served his congregation with wisdom, integrity, and a shepherd's heart. Beyond the church walls, Harvey is also a successful business owner, demonstrating diligence, vision, and stewardship in every endeavor. At the core of who he is, Harvey carries a profound passion for God's children-believing that every individual deserves access to higher education, an improved quality of life, and a personal, thriving relationship with God. His life's work reflects a steady dedication to uplifting others, building strong foundations, and leaving a lasting impact that continues to inspire through Terri Clark Ministries.

Ellen Varhalla

As a long standing member of the TCM board, and having held an officer position in the past, Ellen has given her heart to the mission of bridging the gap between Jesus and the lost children of this world. She is a prayer warrior, highly involved at her church, and an outgoing member of her community. She brings joy and faithfulness to all that she encounters and to the foundation of TCM's mission!

Mike Jared

As a highly involved man of faith in his church, home, and community, Mike has served as a long term member of the TCM board. Having once held an officer position in the past bringing his financial knowledge and passionate heart for God's children together to enrich of the vision of TCM, and further it's reach and impact.

Matt Gipson

With over 20 years dedicated to serving the kingdom, leading men's ministry, security, and a current member of the Pastor Care Team at his church, Matt has given himself to helping others find their way to salvation. His heart for TCM is to extent that same mission to children in need across the world.
